Wednesday – The Happiness Toolkit

Wednesdays, May 1 – 29
6:30pm – 7:45pm

We all want to be happy. It’s true for you, and it’s true for everybody. To fulfil this wish, we search for happiness in people, places, and activities. But some of us are realizing that reliable sources of happiness can’t be found ‘out there’, and if we want to be truly happy we need to learn how to positively change our mind. In this course, we will learn about parts of the mind that are the main causes of happiness, and how to develop and maintain them. These parts of the mind are the tools we need to make ourselves happy and build a happy life.

Everyone is welcome!
