Transforming Our Fear
with Resident Teacher Kadam Amy Peng
We have so many fears these days: fears for ourselves, our family and friends, and for our world. Sometimes these fears are manifest and sometimes they are beneath the surface, giving rise to anxiety and insecurity.
What do we turn to, to protect us from fear and anxiety? What can we rely upon? According to Buddha’s teachings, it is possible to transcend our fears and attain a state of fearlessness. But this can be accomplished only through investigating them and uncovering their source in our own uncontrolled and painful minds.
In this series, Kadam Amy will guide us in the process of learning to transform our fears and anxieties into an energizing force that takes us towards a state of fearlessness.
