Negative thinking can be a strong habit which brings us down and prevents us from living a happy life. Each week, we will learn a positive new way of thinking which will change our attitude from negative to positive enabling us to live a happy and meaningful life.

About the Teacher

Amy Peng is a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for over 15 years.  With warmth and sincerity, Amy shows us the joy of integrating Buddha’s teachings into daily life and is an inspiring example of modern Kadampa Buddhist practitioner.
