Happiness is something that each one of us has the potential to experience, but often our habitual ways of thinking take us in the opposite direction. In this course, we will learn about some of the habits of happy people that will enrich our life’s experience and help us maintain a light, joyful attitude.

About the Teacher

Mike Racadio has been a student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche’s for over 10 years.  He enjoys helping students discover practical ways to integrate Kadam Dharma into their daily lives.  He is well-loved for his gentle nature, compassionate heart and warm sense of humor.
