Love elevates our mind and allows us to see good solutions that remain hidden to the mind of frustration and anger. Practicing loving kindness is the best method to solve our daily problems.

Applying meditations on love will help us to let go of our dissatisfaction and heal our relationships, making them joyful, harmonious, and deeply fulfilling.
