Sundays, 1:00-3:00pm The FOUNDATION PROGRAM with Resident Teacher Amy Peng

Sundays, 1:00-3:00 p.m.
with Resident Teacher Amy Peng

The New Heart of Wisdom  by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche is an explanation of the Heart Sutra,  probably Buddha’s best known discourse. It reveals an aspect of his teaching–the ultimate truth, emptiness–that is one of the most difficult to realize.
In this extraordinary book, Geshe Kelsang takes us line by line through the Sutra and explains its hidden meaning with remarkable clarity.  Sincerely studying this book lays a firm foundation for meditation on ultimate truth, emptiness, which will lead to the complete eradication of the ignorance of self-grasping and the experience of permanent inner peace.
