  • practical teaching on how we can use Buddha’s teachings to stay happy and positive no matter what challenges we are experiencing
  • guided meditation on the topic of the teaching

Meditations with Amy Peng
Tuesdays, 12:00pm – 12:30pm

Amy Peng is a disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for over 15 years.   With warmth and sincerity, Amy shows us the joy of integrating Buddha’s teachings into daily life and is an inspiring example of a modern Kadampa Buddhist practitioner.

Meditations with Jan Van Horn
Thursdays, 12:00-12:30pm  (online)

Jan Van Horn has been a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for 15 years. Jan’s heartfelt teachings are cheerful, practical and adaptable to everyday life. Jan’s friendly manner and ready smile help students feel welcome and comfortable.

Meditations with Mike Racadio
Fridays, 12:00-12:30pm

Mike Racadio has been a student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche’s for over 10 years. He enjoys helping students discover practical ways to integrate Kadam Dharma into their daily lives. He is well-loved for his gentle nature, compassionate heart and warm sense of humor.
