Sunday Morning Meditation (online class)

Sundays, 10am – 11:30am
with Resident Teacher Amy Peng

With so much uncertainty in the world, we want to look forward with vision and hope, but we regularly hear news that we find disheartening and we see so many difficulties in the world.  At times when we feel helpless, prayer is incredibly effective for transforming our state of mind.  It turns our attention to something positive, holy and uplifting.   Motivated by compassion for all living beings, we use the power of our mind to pray for everyone to be permanently released from their suffering.
