Oct 14 – Inner Peace, a basic breathing meditation to help disengage our mind from the busyness of everyday life and create a special feeling of inner peace.

Oct 21 – Pure Light, a meditation that combines mindfulness of the breath with creative imagination, and leads to a deep feeling of inner calm and purity.

Oct 28 – Inspiration, a very special mediation that combines mindfulness of the breath with a recitation of a mantra, which calms our mind and strengthens our life force at our heart.

ABOUT THE TEACHER

Amy Peng is a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for over 10 years.  With warmth and sincerity, Amy shows us the joy of integrating Buddha’s teachings into daily life and is an inspiring example of modern Kadampa Buddhist practitioner.
