2:00pm – 3:00pm Power of Mantra Recitation
4:00pm – 5:00pm Medicine Buddha Prayers
Everyone is welcome. No meditation experience necessary.
ABOUT THE TEACHER
Amy Peng is a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for 15 years. With warmth and sincerity, Amy presents meditation and Buddhism in practical and accessible way directly relevant to people of modern society. She shows the joy of integrating Buddha’s teachings into daily life and is an inspiring example of modern Kadampa Buddhist practitioner.
