Sunday, February 18, 25
10am – 11:30am
with Kadam Amy Peng

Buddha taught that love is the great protector.  We are protected by from harmful thoughts and actions and suffering by the mind of love.  However, our love is often mixed with attachment, which makes us possessive, anxious and easily hurt. Come explore Buddha’s wisdom teachings on how to discern the difference between love and attachment, and learn methods to weaken our attachment while improving our mind of love.

Everyone is welcome!  No experience is necessary.  Class include guided meditation, short teaching and chanted prayer.
