With Kadam Amy Peng
Tara is a female Buddha, the embodiment of fearless enlightened wisdom. Tara means ‘liberator’ which means she can liberate living beings from all fear and suffering. This empowerment is a blissful guided meditation through which we make a deep connection with Tara’s enlightened mind. Through receiving her powerful blessings we can swiftly actualize our own potential for fearless wisdom and compassionate action.
After the empowerment, Kadam Amy will give commentary to Liberation from Sorrow. By relying on Tara with sincere faith, she will protect us from all internal and external dangers and fulfill all our wishes. She will provide us with all the conditions we need for our spiritual training, and guide us with her blessings as we progress along the spiritual path.
What is an Empowerment?
An Empowerment is a blissful guided meditation through which we make a special, heart-felt connection with Arya Tara and receive her inspirational blessings. The enlightened mind is said to be like a boundless deep ocean, every drop of which has the power to bring inner peace to living beings. Receiving an Empowerment is a means of connecting with this expansive potential inside our own mind, giving us the energy and wisdom to begin to realize our own Buddha nature.
Everyone welcome! No previous experience is necessary.
