The New Eight Steps to Happiness by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche is an immensely inspiring and practical book on the practice of loving kindness. Through practicing the instructions in this book, we will transform all life’s difficulties into valuable spiritual insights and develop universal love and compassion, the source of true happiness for both ourself and others.

Everyone is welcome.
Each class includes meditation, teaching, and discussion.

About the Teacher

Over the past 13 years, Kadam Amy has taught at the NKT-IKBU centers in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Santa Monica.  After completing the 2018 Intensive Teacher Training Program at Manjushri Kadampa Meditation Centre in Ulverston, England, she was appointed as the Resident Teacher of Dharmachakra Kadampa Buddhist Center, Palm Springs.

With warmth and sincerity, Kadam Amy shows the joy of integrating Buddha’s teachings into daily life and is an inspiring example of modern Kadampa Buddhist practitioner.

Mike Racadio has been a student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche’s for many years. He enjoys helping students discover practical ways to integrate Kadam Dharma into their daily lives.  He is well-loved for his gentle nature, compassionate heart and warm sense of humor.
