Kadampa Buddhism is a special presentation of Mahayana Buddhism. At the heart of Kadampa Buddhism is the practice of Heart Jewel. On this series, we will learn about the origin of Kadampa Buddhism, its founder Je Tsongkhapa and his Dharma Protector Dorje Shugden, and this special method for receiving blessings, as well as how to establish a daily practice that will enable us to integrate all the teachings into our heart and our daily life.
ABOUT THE TEACHER
Amy Peng is a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for over 10 years. With warmth and sincerity, Amy shows us the joy of integrating Buddha’s teachings into daily life and is an inspiring example of modern Kadampa Buddhist practitioner.
