Buddhism teaches us how live happily in the midst of uncertainty. It offers us simple, practical and scientific methods for finding inner certainty and inner happiness that we can rely on.

Session Time: 45min with short teaching, guided meditation and prayer. (except Tuesday evening 75min, Thursday evening 60min) 
Everyone is welcome.  No experience necessary.

Our Common Wish to be Happy – TUES 7pm– 8:15pm (Note: 75min session)
Source of Conflict and Mental Pain – WED 12pm
Bringing Happiness to Others – THUR 12pm
Loving Others Purely – THUR 7pm – 8pm (Note: 60min session)
Great Compassion – FRI 12pm

Taking Away Suffering – MON 12pm
Wishing Love – TUES 12pm
Giving Happiness – TUES 7pm– 8:15pm (Note: 75min session)

Wisdom Perceiving Emptiness – THUR 7pm – 8pm (Note: 60min session)
