Saturday, October 16, 10am – 12pm
with Resident Teacher Amy Peng
Meditation transforms our mind into a positive state and improves the quality of our life on many levels – our relationships, our family, our work, and our physical and emotional well-being. In this class, we will learn how to enjoy the peace and tranquility that our mind can develop when we let go of our distractions. This retreat is perfect for beginners or those who want to take a break for the weekend.
