June 8 Making the Effort, Being Conscientious  June 15 Embracing Healthier Habits: Virtue, Non-Virtue and Delusions  June 22 Faith Leads the Way. We Can Do This

This eight-part class based on How to Understand the Mind by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, uses Buddha’s teachings to offer practical personal advice for improving the quality of our own mind.  Everyone is welcome to attend, no previous experience is required.

Registration: Just drop in, no pre-registration required. Cost for non-enrolled students $10 per class.

The Buddhist Path

Each week learn one of the twenty-one Buddhist meditation practices presented in the New Meditation Handbook. These meditations are actual methods to control our mind and experience lasting inner peace. Fridays, 10am with Kadam Michelle.

Many people are looking for a safe  and tranquil place to bring their spiritual beliefs and to work towards peace, happiness, and kindness for all beings throughout the world. Many people simply want to develop a happier more peaceful mind and outlook. Join us each Sunday for teachings, meditations and prayers for world peace.
