 Learning to Let Go ~ October 14 through November 25

In this series we will explore mindfulness methods, meditations and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help us to become fearless in the face of adversity and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively. Each class will include guided meditations, teaching with a focus on how to practice the ideas covered in daily life.
